A Loftly cluster is a collection of 3-4 premium properties in the same vicinity, creating a community of like-minded owners while maintaining privacy. Each home features 5+ bedrooms configured as 2-3 distinct living units, allowing different generations, families, or friend groups to enjoy both togetherness and personal space.

When you purchase your Token-Key shares, you select your preferred cluster, but our innovative ownership model allows flexibility to use homes in other clusters—giving you variety while maintaining the familiarity of having your personal items available in your dedicated storage.
